Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS:

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of when it was received.  

• Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage).

• We do not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please contact us as soon as you can before sending the item back.

• We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable

• All Refunds are issued to the original payment method

EXCHANGES:

• If you were shipped an item you did not order or if you received the wrong size/color product please contact us at your earliest convenience.  

• We are only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the originally ordered item.

• You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and simply return the original item to us for a refund.
